Operation Coordinator – Rashed Al Rashed & Sons Group – Khobar – Saudi Arabia

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable & organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily tasks and activities. At Alrashed Tires Company the Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all daily operations and tasks are running smoothly, and the task gets accomplished on time with no issues to make sure business continues as usual.

Responsibilities:
Tracking E-commerce customer’s orders (TireEx ) which includes:
Checking item availability regionally.
Following up with a customer service team.
Coordinating with W/H and the showroom team to ensure delivery on time.
Closing the order in systems (completed).
Handling shipping company File (place, follow up requests & payment).
Corporate with different shipping companies and make deals with them
Prepare a report for shipping companies to clarify the performance indicator of each company
Entering stock transfer in The JDE system

Qualifications:
Time management, prioritization, and ability to multi-task.
Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
Honesty and integrity and Attention to details.
Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
