Job Description
1. Preparing and developing the work program and the main schedule according to the contractual terms and conditions.
2. Estimate and adhere to the contractual time period for implementation
3. Coordinating with the work and construction team to develop and update the work program.
4. Ensure the issuance of project extracts and their schedule
5. Review and prepare all project reports, dashboards and presentation at meetings
6. Knowledge of the project receipt and delivery schedule.
7. Analyzing work progress performance in terms of productivity
8. Liaising and supporting the Project Manager to ensure project implementation is in compliance with the project schedule.
9. • Take proactive actions to reduce project risks.
10. Review and analyze claims and delays and support negotiation and resolution of disputes or disputes with contractors.
11. Review project correspondence and prepare appropriate responses/letters regarding project planning and schedule.
12. Issuing production reports, delays, completions, deliveries, extensions of time or claims, etc.
